I am disappointed by the large number of the 18 gears that i effectively cannot use because the chain rubs and the noise is too distracting

I bought this bike new in trinidad and enjoy riding it although i have had an exceptionally high number of punctures my main gripe

I got a puncture the first time i rode the bike so i put in an antipuncture liner between tyre and inner tube but punctures continued aplenty
