Pros
The magnet is very secure, even on my samsung s5 with an otterbox lifeproof case. I use a huawei p10, good sized phone) it still holds it awesome. My only gripe with this is you would not use the small magnet for anything.
The magnet is very powerfull and wont let go. Doesn't fall off magnetic stand despite a bumpy ride. The glue they use is first rate and the magnets hold extremely well.
Cons
The larger plate supplied is now significantly smaller and thinner. The magnet is not strong enough to hold a heavy phone like note 8, note 9 securely. Also there are units which have a sticky material as the suction cup, these are difficult to remove... Read More

We dont use wireless charging so that might be a pain with this system if thats what you use i believe you would have to remove the case and magnet every time you wanted to wirelessly charge

Holds the phone no problem the tablet occasionally falls off going over really big bumps

The adhesive wears off over time and falls off requiring it to be glued back on
