Dual pivots allow great latitude is positioning the phone. Great for people like me who have vehicles that can't really be locked like my 92 jeep yj. This one mounts best on a horizontal surface.

Scosche has the weakest magnet of the lot. Both rotating parts magnet top & adhesive bottom are very stiff to rotate/adjust.
