Pros
Sticks very well on all surfaces, be it a window or dashboard; it sticks! The taller suction mount shakes a lot.
Cons
The magnets are not strong enough to hold the phone up. Sadly i have to ding the mount heavily for this flaw as it renders the qi charging aspect useless. There is no way to place the magnets to allow the qi charging to work. Not recommended for an s7... Read More
I follow all the instruction, read and saw tutorials/videos and all is just fake. Also, the price point for these is overblown! Check other reviews. Steer clear of this one.
The ball arm that snaps into the base is a bit too long, so it places the center of gravity too far out. This exacerbates the chance that the phone is going to slide or fall off. Stickiness on back of little plates is not strong either.

I have a iphone 11max pro and it’s magnets hold it in place even when driving through construction zones so no complaints with the magnets.
I can only use a thin case with the plates on or it won’t magnet to the dock.
However, the product states that it supports up to 10 watts fast wireless charging, but it does not.

When it comes to products the manufacturer doesnt officially support place the provided metal mounts on the back without using the adhesive so you find a spot where the phone charges and magnetically is secure

You have to have one plate very 34 inch from the bottom of otterbox case and then one high up so it can still hit the qi field and stay put

Was hoping to put in a particular place on my dash to the right of my steering wheel the angle of the dash and how much the mount holder angled wasnt working for me to use so i was disappointed to have to install on my windshield

My problem is on my pixel 3xl in a otterbox defended case i have to set the plate so low that the phone bounces a lot and can fall off it does charge tho

I adhered the magnetic plate to the outside back of my case because the case is too thick to put the plate inside and get it to magnetize
