Don't set your phone too high or it won't match up with the wireless charger.
Luckily i read other reviews to determine i needed to use the template with the individual metal plates instead of the solid larger plate.

Note about wireless charging a review site i trust says that this model is particularly fast at charging iphones

But on a recent road trip it could barely keep up with the power draw in a high demand scenario i was steaming music over mobile probably weak signal and through bluetooth displaying google maps with the screen brightness tuned all the way up
