They smell odd, very foul. These have a terrible fishy smell when opening the package.

Further use will tell how well they hold up over time, but i am very pleased thus far.
This is a green item and i prefer to use green items, but it does take longer to scrub things clean than with the non-green scrubber.

The price was right and she says they last longer.

They may smell a little funny coming out of the package, but that goes away after a rinse or two.

I always rinse my sponges thoroughly before letting them air dry overnight but i have never microwaved or boiled them
