I find it lasts longer than others and amazon has them at such a great price i couldn't resist. That is a testament to how well made they are and the value you get from them.
Cons
However - buyer beware - these sponges are much thinner and nowhere near the quality that they used to be. The abrasive side is decent, but the sponge side just falls apart and leaves little sponge bits everywhere.

A good product buy it locally takes too long to order this way and cost too much

Of course it can be used just as a spongebut someone had the ingenious idea to attach a type of scrubber material to one side of the sponge to make it even more useful in the home

A few notes wash this sponge with soap and water after you use it with bleach

In addition i suppose you can sterilize this by boiling it but i cant comment on that because i never tried that
