Well made and does the job so a messy job is easier to complete.
It cleans so well, doesn't scratch the dishes, and feels comfortable in the hand.
Wish the heads were more flexible so you can get in areas that have contours but they solid.
We use a scotch-brite brush daily, and switch to a new one whenever necessary (which isn't real often; they last a fairly long time).
