Pros
Use scissors to cut them. It does the job it is supposed to do. It is cheaper than buying it from the store. It's a work horse.
This scrubber is my number 1 tool when cleaning canning jars. Practically without scrubbing. I use this on my cast iron when it gets really crusty.

Normally, i would have tossed it and not even tried to clean it, even with the best steel wool scrubber i own.
I have a 10 year old sink in my woodshop that is caked with paint, stain and other finishing product residues.

We use scrub daddies which are great but they dont get hard enough to scrub really tough stick ons so these get the job done when we need them
