I got this tape dispenser to use with washi tape - i use a lot of washi to decorate envelopes when shipping from my etsy shop.
Packaging/appearance
Only gripe is that the packaging was excessive, and even with all the packing.
My only quibble is that the packaging is rather hard to remove from the dispenser.
It still had some scratches on the clear plastic.
Competitiveness
I'd expect nothing less from the scotch brand!
