Pros

Scotch double sided tape is an excellent adherent for crafting of all kinds. I teach paper crafting and am always trying different products, to see what works best in different situations. The adhesive properties are excellent as it’s dependability.

The heavy, dispenser base frees one hand from holding the smaller disepnser, which makes placing the tape easier.

The tape is great. The tape dispenser is an added bonus. Noticed people complaining about the dispenser; it's free!

The tape is excellent quality and the price was better than i can get locally. Much better than purchasing the rolls on the plastic dispenser. Double sided tape is narrower than standard tape rolls.

Cons

Paper backing easily peels off with a fingernail. Goes down onto the foam core board, but has almost no adhesive quality.

The tape holder works great and i have enough tape to last quite awhile.

The tape is sturdy and very sticky and it works perfectly.

You have to hold the dispenser every time you want to pull off some tape or else the whole thing lifts up and you cannot tear off the tape.

The cheap plastic double sided tapes are so hard to break off.

Price

This is the best price i have found.

Great value compared to buying in a retail store.

Sell a six pack tape for the exact same price and i would buy that instead.

Packaging/appearance

The ability to wrap package with no tape showing makes for a much more beautiful package.

I was looking to have a clean edge when sealing and packaging my products.

A piece of packing tape on the back of the dispenser solved the issue for me.

Competitiveness

Fortunately, scotch replaced it with a different model and now i'm happy.

I don't use the dispenser, but this is still a better value than any other scotch 2-sided tape listings on amazon.
