Pros
The scotch flex and sell shipping roll is huge! Easy to use, great for shipping things, and durable. A good value and just plain clever. Like that it's lightweight.
This item is amazing. It really is an amazing, breakthrough product! I'm not exactly sure how this works, all i know is that it does work. No complaints here.
The one negative is that it isn't see through but most people know to open along the seams (opens easily once pulled) the inside is lined with padding to protect against damage. Once this is sealed, it seals nice, is easy to use.
The stick on this is great. I've shipped shoes, a dsi, and even an ipad in this.

It cuts way down on shipping costs, is incredibly easy to use, and we have never had any issues with damages in transit.

I always have trouble finding a suitable box for shipping.
This does not seem that it would stay together through shipping process.
I often have odd shaped items or items that won’t the standard shipping boxes or mailers.
Packaging/appearance
I've used it as 'stand alone' packaging for objects as well as to pack weirdly shaped items (motorcycle crankshaft) before boxing.
All without any excess packaging to add extra weight!
Ended up using packaging tap with it.
By the way, the postal clerk today remarked how much she liked the packaging.

Have yet to send anything without taping the edges i just don’t trust it 100

I was a little nervous so next time i might put some staples around the edge but its not truly necessary

All i need to do then is slap a selfadhesive label on the package and bring it to the post office

Tip if you want your buyers to be able to open the package easier fold two very small corners the two that would meet when you seal it down

Not as good for oddly shaped items since the adhesive isnt very forgiving and the material doesnt hold up as well when bent
