Pros
It's a no-brainer for me! It's extremely strong yet quite easy to use with the handy hand distributor. They fit my old dispenser.
Cons

To cut the tape, you need to depress a clear lever, which causes the cutting blade to pop out. By tilting the gun to depress the lever, it de-tensions the tape so it is impossible to cut.
A very well built dispenser but poor design. This really defeats the purpose of the dispenser. Worst dispenser design ever. The dispenser is incredibly cheap with the scotch name slapped on it.
