Pros
The 3m tape has excellent adhesiveness yet (as advertised) leaves absolutely no residue when removed. Doesn't leave a * residue and holds up much longer than other premium tapes.
It was used outdoors. Viola, no more leak. Used to bank rv with plastics for the winter.
Used this tape to hold a acoustic blanket to our window frame to create a light and noise barrier. Compared to the standard'sure tape, this blows that away, and well worth the extra coin. Allows me a clean sharp line.
Great charcoal grey color. Reasonable price and prompt shipping.
Cons
Co-exturded is higher quality (eg gorilla and higher end duck brand) and less likely to undergo delamination. Sticky like duct tape.

It's sticky, hard to tear at times and really is no residue unless it's on for more than 6 months or left in the sun after about 3 months.
Price
This was a great buy at the price it really does stick to surfaces well
You pay a little extra over traditional duct tape but it's worth it.
I bought it again because although it's expensive every weatherproofing tape i buy falls off.
Also, kind of expensive but hard to find in stores.

Last year i used regular duct tape it left horrible sticky residue that i couldnt get off
