It has sand in it to give it weight when you pick up and move it side to side you can hear it.
Got new tape holder cuz the teeth kept falling old one.

I thought this was a little pricey for a tape dispenser but i'm glad i got it.

This is heavy like my other dispensers that dont really move to much and running my finger lightly over the cutting blade it seems pretty sharp

I dont really have anything to tape at the moment but pulling off a piece of tape it cut through it nicely
