Pros
Fit is exactly how a kilt is supposed to fit. Remember to measure at your true waist not pants waist. Buckles actually work and are not button straps like on another utility kilt.
Quality is spot on and stitching is perfect. Worked great as a shawl to keep me warm on a christmas backpacking trip as well.
Cons
Measurements are off, followed sizing chart around belly button. It's adjustable and we set it to the smallest size, but it fell off while he was wearing it.

A kilt is worn at the waist not the hips as modern mens pants are

Like most kilts the size is adjustable to a degree but its not going to fit if you order the wrong size
