Pros

All i had to do was water the patch on the dry days. But now is a solid lush green. All you need to do is make sure it’s watered daily.

Cons

Centipede seed takes forever to come up and then you still need to reapply where it didn't. After over 2 weeks, not a sign of germination. All i saw looked like little pieces of mulch. I truly wonder if there was any centipede seed in the jug.
