Tall fescue and rye mix is well-suited to my area. The subterranean base here in rocklin (nor-cal) is clay and solid granite. I expect this deep-rooted grass to weather future drought conditions well.

Disappointed in this outcome this season. Purchase at your own risk. Please do not purchase.

What a waste of money but, most importantly a waste of time. Take my advice.

Very minimal germination. No germination at all. Never germinated. Sprinkler system keeps lawn looking fine, but the bare spots covered with this stuff hardly grew.

This one is a meh product for me. This stuff is junk. This bag is the worst i have ever used.
