Pros

Then purchased this brand and got a sprinkler and watered the living heck of it. Watering 2x per day to keep the soil moist. I’m optimistic it will continue to grow in over the next month.

Product is fine. Saw improvement a week later. Definitely ordering more. Patience is also important. Some areas still coming up a little slower.

Cons

Inert ingredients, 10% actual seed, and a smidgen of fertilizer. This bag is roughly 88% fertilizer and a 12% mix of the seeds listed in my picture of the label. No grass is growing.

In my opinion, this bag is way overpriced for what's actually in the bag. Came out of the bag with moist clumps similar to dog waste. It was manufactured and bagged with clumps.
