Pros

The difference is brilliant, a rich green lawn. I am hesitant to buy seed at the big home stores as they often stack their pallets of lawn products outside where it is exposed to varying temps, baked by the sun, exposed to the elements.

Saw improvement a week later. Still have some areas that it's still coming up a little slower. Definitely ordering more. I’m optimistic it will continue to grow in over the next month.

Cons

I have a great thick lush lawn but none of the areas i patched with these seeds grew. Maybe 10% germination is all on a decent soil surface.

This is the first time i was ripped off on amazon. It hurts since i spent nearly $50. Please do not trust this supplier.
