Pros

Follow application directions for best results. Tells you to reapply in few weeks. Usually i need two applications a few weeks apart before i start seeing new growth where the dead rot was.

Water enough to dissolve granulars if rain is not expected. Works well for my st. Augustine grass in the houston area. I have tall fescue grass and with the hot summers here in texas it requires a lot of water.

Fungicide works very well at the curative rate. I use it in rotation as preventative now.
