This grass grows so well! Especially when it is new, and next to the neighbors brown grass during the winter, it looks almost neon. It is not so obvious in this picture because of the shade and it is mature grass now, but it looked funny over winter.

Cons

It needs reseed. Its expired on the bag for my state. It is now more than one month and it is about several in one square foot and about 1 inch tall. Our guarantee is not a lifetime guarantee.
