Pros

It's key to keep it wet during germination. Just short 5 minute watering in late morning and afternoon, and a good soaking in the evening. Then it magically bounces back to life as soon as it rains.

Cons

Only 50 to 60% of the other seeds sprouted. Spots are still bare and only a few blades of grass sprouted after 1 month.

The seeds were expired. Did not work at all.
