Pros

Keep the reseeded area lightly watered. Proper seeding, top soil, fertilizing, and watering was done to ensure best success for the grass.

It's not the cheapest seed but if it works i don't mind spending extra. Very beautiful and lush. Wish it came in bigger bulk is all i can say!

Worked awesome. Even my wife admits this worked super well. It is due in 2 days from now and i am eager to get it all into that second area assp!

Cons

The 48% grass seed is listed to have only 80% germination. After 20 days i still see blue seed not germinating. After that i see this been not growing well, even after adding fertilizer as per instruction.

Not a single blade of grass. Not one. Something is wrong with the seed. Can't stand heat or sun.
