Proper seeding, top soil, fertilizing, and watering was done to ensure best success for the grass. I think the problem was with lack of sunlight that didn't trigger germination of the seed but the grass that did grow is growing very healthy and surviv... Read More

It's not the cheapest seed but if it works i don't mind spending extra. Worked awesome.
