Pros

The grass grew up consistently and evenly. It has 5 hours of full sun a day and the rest partly shade. Stays green even in extreme sun or shade areas in pennsylvania.

It has fungicide ( dont get messy and let it go down storm drain) some fert and a coating to hold water. Contains our exclusive watersmart plus coating that absorbs 2x more water than uncoated seed.

Cons

Do not apply near water, storm drains or drainage ditches. It is older seed that has already expired for many states.
