Pros

I still see some seeds that haven't sprouted, but so far it's probably about 50% or 60% sprouted. Followed the directions and watered religiously. We have four dogs that like to run the fence line, so reseeding each year is a must.

Still in it's infancy, but the grass grew up consistently and evenly. With more rain, the grass will continue to flourish. Stays green even in extreme sun or shade areas in pennsylvania.

Contains our exclusive watersmart plus coating that absorbs 2x more water than uncoated seed. It has fungicide ( dont get messy and let it go down storm drain) some fert and a coating to hold water.

This mix is a variety of bluegrasses, fescues and some ryegrass. This is a lovely mix of bluegrass and kentucky bluegrass.

Cons

It is older seed that has already expired for many states.

Also, i am thrilled that the birds completely leave this seed alone.
