Pros & Cons
Pros

It has a very nice color and texture and germinates really quickly. This grass is silky smooth. I still have some spots that i missed spraying glypho and the rye is still alive.
You don't need a lot, just a thin layer is fine. Don't bury the seeds too deep, they need to be close to surface of the soil. Cover it with white breathable landscape fabric to keep birds off.
Cons
It says in the bag that if you are not happy with the purchase, you get a full refund. Too much money, too much work for zero results. Frustrating and hopeless.
