This grass seed grows quickly and looks great. In my overseeding, i go with a higher seeding rate than the label suggests.

I cover with compost topdress, light water 2-3 times a day, and the germination rate is very good. Purchase the fertilizer, too.

Leaves tracks for a day or two, but straightens right back up with no damage. Used to overseed in central nc (cary). Raked up all the dead debris. Now the yard is thick and green and pretty much back to normal.
