Pros
Top soil and then sow the seeds. Used it to revi]atalize a damaged lawn. Worked perfectly from compact dirt to grass.
Well packaged. First time ever. Would buy again and cover with a tarp for protection. It's still bare in some spots but it looks a million times better already.
Quality grade seed. Better than usual seed or generic store types. I'm never buying any other type of grass seed, it's insane!
Cons
Used for overseeding and after 2 weeks no result after following instructions. Unfortunately did not germinate.
