Good to have a high ratio. The addition of 2% iron is a huge bonus. Finally, the price is right.

N-p-k mix of 26-2-13 is right for lawns, in my experience. Difference is huge and very noticeable. The potassium is a great level. Ironite as an additive is harder, because you have to use two separate products.

Cons

Scott's is the biggest piece of s#*% company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Having a customer service representative tell me that there's nothing they can do for me was laughable. None fertilized area are green! Not even saplings.

I've used scotts sothern turf builder for many years and very satisfied with the product.

Works great for our hot humid climate.

After placing the product i watered tye grass for about 20 minutes.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about the product itself.

Price

The best part is that the amazon price is the same as the big box store and i didn’t have to make a trip to get it.

Only thing i didn't like was the price.

Competitiveness

I hadn’t fertilized it all season since i rent and applied in july.

I’ve never had any problems with any scotts products.
