As of 7/26/21, no acknowledgement or refund. Called customer service and was told refund had been approved on 7/21/21 (almost 2 months after return) still no refund.

This spreader works very well, doesn't clog up, and it is easy to adjust the amount of fertilizer/weed&feed/whatever else you need to use.

This hand held spreader is very easy to use, directions are helpful and it makes the job so much easier.

After 38 pounds of spreading, my arms got tired and the handel misfires a few times (operator error).

It only worked for 10 minutes before the gears stripped.

Price

For the money, it was great value.

It cost just a little bit more, but definitely was worth spending extra on.
