Pros

Works fabulous and was easy to install. Easy and guick installation. Worked great and installed in minutes.

Replaced older unit with this unit, while replacing coupler. Works great, and much quieter. Unbolted screw drive at the wall and pushed it to the side so the carriage could be slid out.

Cons

Installation was easy, but didn't matter, the unit doesn't engage, it stays down in the disengage setting. Would not work correctly. Had to disassemble and use screw component in the old part. Save yourself the trouble and buy oem.
