Pros & Cons
Pros
The difference is noticeable, before my pc sounded like a jet engine taking off, and now it's probably quieter than it ever was before. Quiet efficient airflow. There was hardly any noticeable additional fan noise created by these fans.
There is a rubberized material in the four mounting corners which i believe is to help reduce vibration. It is pretty comparable to the noctua nf-p12 redux-1300 but it actually comes with the anti vibration pads.
The p12 is without rubber guards, non-sleeved cables, but does come with a splitter for daisy-chaining. It's easy to install and is identical to the oem one included with the mugen 5. Just make sure to get pwm. There are no directions for installing b... Read More
Does not disappoint, just like the video reviews claim. It works great and i couldn't be happier.
Highly recommend this fan. As a bonus, it looks great as well. Great price to performance ratio for me. I think i'll buy it again if this turns out to have a long life span.
Highlights
Quality
With this setup, the scythe fans do not stop as it did with the original gpu fans.
Will update if i have any issues, but so far i am pleased.
With max load on the gpu with furmark, the gpu temp just touches 80c.
Turns out it wasn't thermal issues, but adding several quality fans allowed them to run super quiet all the time.
Price
Considering the price, i decided to give it a shot.
They are almost as quiet and about half the price.
Packaging/appearance
Was iffy on these fans, as i have never used the brand.
Competitiveness
They're quiet even on load, and still quieter than my zotac 3060 fans on idle.
Would definitely recommend these to anyone that want competitive performance versus noctua fans without the price premium.
But for the same price they have less case vibration, a braded cable and are 4pin.
I saw a comparison review on youtube where the author gave this fan a good review; in fact the author recommended this one over... Read More
