Resize by pulling tabs at belt level on backside then pulling out and replacing tabs where it fits better

We have these issued in our unit they are very durable however the little metal clips on the back to adjust the height can become very uncomfortable when youre wearing your kit

Beware just of one thing if you are big and fat no worries it will fit you but if you are also tall it would be short
