Genuine us army and brand new. The quality is superb. Has that dirty look that never comes out of army gear.

Cons

The front zipper is also broken. I am a large no gut, zipper is about 8 inches from being able to zip. These tabs do not manipulate up or down. You have to fold the belt along it's long axis to get the tabs to come out of the molle webbing.
