The little block has different width slots for different sized bands.

Cons

Paper box version seems bad because it makes it easy to just repackage returned items. What was mailed to me was a poorly crafted piece of rust covered metal. One of the extra pins was rusted.

What your paying for is the case, which is also rather cruddy. Please be cautious.

Other reviewer says some people get three different size pins and some are getting three pins of the same size.
