Pros

Clip loupes are great for working on pocket watches and binocular goggles. They magnify well and the main assembly is very sturdy. I use these in watch repair along with bausch and lumber looped.

Cons

They move and falloff like crazy. Easy to knock loose with your fingers. The clip is very weak and the knobs for the 3 moving elements are also very fiddly.

The clip is not strong enough to keep the magnifiers firmly on my glasses. Although there are nuts to adjust the distance between the lense and the glasses, it adds no additional structure. Save yourself the hassle, and get a good loupe or an optiviso... Read More

Price

They were relatively inexpensive so i’ll probably keep both and see which one i use most.

But, for the price, they are fine.
