The size is ok for a lunch but it’s not great for storage in the refrigerator it’s a little bit small
If there was food in there it would be heavier but any collapse of the container would want your food under your shirt or out of the container all over the place
What i like about this is that it is silicone in so it’s hard to get contaminated and it’s easy to clean
