This definitely helped with the mild nausea i experienced earlier on in my pregnancy.
These have been super helpful for my first trimester pregnancy with the nausea.
Part of me was hoping for more with this product.
Or if this product didn’t work well enough for me.

The photo of the item shows them in grey when i ordered but the bands came in black for me this was a plus but if you specifically want grey you might not get them
