Pros
The lozenge wristbands are great and taste yummy! It is a compression/acupressure wristband so it is meant to be tight. They are uncomfortable at first but you get use to them.

I had intense nausea from pregnancy and this worked if i put it on early in the morning and don’t take it off.
The problem is that the pressure from the balls in the wristband will bruise up your wrists by the evening time when i took it off.
