Good vale and does the job. Even used a rubber mallet on them with no issues.

Great rod holder for the beach. Made in the usa and sturdy. Great for surf fish.

Cons

After driving them in the sand with a rubber mallet 3rd day of use the tips curled in. Recut and try again.
