Pros

They are quite a bit noisier than my wd red drives though. Not too loud. Installed into my qnap easily.

Seagate 12tb ironwolf nas 6gb/s ncq 256mb cache 3. Mb/sec over gigabit. Cents per gigabyte is an insane drop from the 7-14 cents that my older drives were at the time. Tb per platter.



Cons

In a cost-saving measure, they refuse to drill all standard holes in the drive chassis. The drive is also noisy when accessing.
