The drive freezes periodically. Any app that is accessing it locks up and sometimes application configuration or data that is being written to it is lost.

Product works great and windows launches smooth and fast.
So far pretty pleased with the new hard drive.
With the barracuda it now takes less than 10 seconds.

Recommend anyone looking for a 2tb ssd if u have the budget for it.

But if youre using it in conjunction with other drives in other bays i would actually recommend going with a smaller capacity since youre paying significantly more per tb for this model compared to the 8tb model
