Pros

The port on the drive itself is a usb 3 micro b connector. The cable comes with an adapter. For my android phone (with usb-c port), i have to use the seagate android app to access the drive.

That’s confidence inducing!

Cons

Click-free has a very sparse user interface. Their text with an agent option on their website is actually a robot tree that sends you trouble shooting articles. Do not recommend. Get a real one.

The usb plug doesn't fir securely into your usb c device. I believe the faulty cord to be the culprit.
