The description was incorrect and misleading for the drive did not include the adobe software

The seller was not helpful at all however amazon credited back to me a percentage because the adobe software did not accompany the drive

The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because no manual came with it and theres not one i can download on the seagate website

I bought this external hard drive knowing that it was manufactured two years ago and now obsolete because i did not want the more cheaply made newer version that has bad reviews
