Only one crashed but was recoverable. I recommend this seller.

Two powered usb ports are useful if you are using many usb devices at a time. You can transfer data from one portable hdd to another without requiring a port on pc or copying onto it. Easy to set up and connect. Cables are of sufficient length.

Cons

Frankly speaking, this disk just load the content on explorer take 3-4 second. Doing anything through hard disk quiet impossible because of very slow response. I am totally disgusted after this 8tb hd stopped after 2 months.
