Pros

Been meaning to write a review since february. I have these hooked up to a couple shield tv's and use them as external storage for all my media content.

Cons

No longer shows up as an available device on console or desktop. Unable to ressurect using linux or windows drive tools.

Started getting flaky at the 3 year mark. Seagate customer support says warranty is 2 years. I find this quite frustrating and unacceptable.

Do yourself a favor and buy a trust a different brand. Buyer beware. Go buy a more trustworthy brand.

It's dead as a door nail. Very very fragile. Never moved or touched after installation dead out of nowhere.
