I find this quite frustrating and unacceptable that these usb drives are unreliable for important storage and back up. The device warranty is for 2 years. But none of this matters if the product fails.

If this is how seagate does things i’ll steer away from them from now on. The idea is great - the products stinks. Go buy a more trustworthy brand.
