Pros

Seagate barracuda green 1. Tb 5900rpm sata 6gb/s 64mb cache 3. Datum. Using these drives for backup, needed something cheep.

Dropped in, perfect fit, raid rebuilt perfectly. This drive fits the bill quite nicely.

Cons

Do not buy seagate products, they are unreliable. Keep getting corrupt sectors and now the mft is gone. They claim it is out of warranty. Will be spending $14 again to ship for warranty replacement.

Tb has incredibly high failure rates, and coud possibly be the worst drive made in the past 10 years. The other drives i have in the same workstation are sas drives at 15,000rpm, so this drive doesn't even come close in speed. The company is questiona... Read More

I am totally happy with this hard drive.

This bare oem product installed without a hitch on my full tower cooler master.

I ran a software from their website, and return it with the results determent it was bad.

This is a sata hard drive, not to be confused with the old ribbon hard drives.

Overall, very happy with them, and the price was only $59.

Not as fast as some drives, but the price is right.
