Pros

The drive is very reliable and easy to install. The only issue is a slight (and i mean very slight) sound of the disk reading/writing when under heaver operation. It's not as fast as i want it, but not bad. Like the higher rpm and cache.

This is perfectly suitable for gaming storage. Using it to backup the exact same hard drive in my desktop. Good for data storage or high-wear applications.

Cons

The only real cost-savings go towards lining the manufacturers pockets. Very disappointed and would not buy from them again. What a waste of money.

It's unfortunate that i happened to be a recipient of an expensive and defective harddrive. Slower than my 2tb 2. Inch hdd. Nas systems are particularly vulnerable to this.

Seagate makes one of the best drives out there for price to tb ratio.

I'm more than happy with that, it arrived defect free, less reallocated blocks than my previous brand new drive, and relatively cheap.
